SD-02 System Provides the Following Functions:
- Manual charge of hopper batchers up to upper lever with batcher actuators stopped
- Charging hopper batchers with preset capacity
- Viewing archives for hour, shift, total run
- Receipt and processing of signals from strain sensors and control of batching device actuators for bulk and fluid material batching through gravimetric and volumetric methods basing on processed data
- Control of several batching devices simultaneously basing on Customer's requirements
- Receipt and processing of digital signals on the motor of agitator and discharge units being ready
- Generating digital signals for control of an agitator, dumping device, for SD-02 control system being ready for operation
- Exchanging data with the upper level computer through interface CAN, RS-485 (Modbus RTU data exchange protocol)

Design
SD-02 is a modular unit allowing to configure the system as per specific needs of certain equipment for PCS and to be installed into a cabinet. The class of dust and moisture protection of the cabinet is not lower than IP43.
