KV-03 Weighing Controller
KV-03 Weighing controller is aimed for continuous / discontinuous batching and static / dynamic weighing within conveyor, truck, railroad, platform and hopper scales.

KV-03 Performs the Following Functions as per In-Built Algorithm:
- Transfer to built-in terminal and upper level computer the data on weight, linear density, rate and performance
- Metering strain signal proportional to load weight on DST, up to 4 independent channels
- Metering frequency signal proportional to rotation rate of angular sensor
- Reading up to 8 control digital signals
- Generating up to 8 control relay signals
- Transfer to the upper level computer the data on weight, linear density, rate and performance through CAN 2.0 В, RS-485 interfaces (Modbus RTU protocol), Ethernet (TCP/IP protocol)
- Displaying menu and weighing parameters and 12 digit and 2 segment built-in terminal
- Zero setting and scales tare offset
- Automatic calibration
- Calibration of signal for each metering channel
- Measuring current weight, performance and accumulated weight of bulk materials having been through dynamic and static scales and transported by belt conveyors
- Integration with RFID noncontact marking system for registration of loads movement
- Saving up to 500 weighing tickets in nonvolatile memory with the reference to time and read RFID marker
- Configuring through Internet by in-built web server

Design
KV-03 has two design variants:
- cased (for outside mounting), dimensions - 300mm×200mm×130mm (L×W×H) - cabinet (to be installed into cabinet)
KV-03 of cased design is provided with steel casing of IP65 protection class as per GOST 14254-96 and mounted to the panel by brackets.
KV-03 consists of optional functional modules (depending on modification):
- processor board М00 (basic module) - up to 2 modules of digital inputs М01 (4 galvanically isolated digital inputs) - up to 2 modules of digital outputs М02 (4 galvanically isolated relay outputs) - up to 2 modules of analogue inputs М03 (2 strain metering inputs) - analogue output module М04 (remote current output (4 - 20) mA) - module M05 for EtherNet interface (TCP/IP protocol, built-in Web-server) - module M06 for RS-485 interface (protocol Modbus RTU) - terminal module М07 (displaying 4 symbols and 8 digits, 5 х 4 keyboard) - module for power supply IP-24 (24 V, 1 А)
