Commissioning of Crude Oil Delivery and Acceptance Point and Oil Metering System [15.04.2010]
In March 2010 SME TEC successfully performed the package supply and commissioning of the Crude Oil Delivery and Acceptance Point being a part of oil metering system within the oil refinery with capacity of 200 thousand tons per year, OOO Tomskneftepererabotka, village of Semiluzhki, Tomsk Oblast.

In this project SME TEC operated as a General Contractor and performed the designer's supervision over the construction of crude oil delivery and acceptance point and the junction point to the main pipeline Alexandrovskoye - Anzhero-Sudzhensk (AK Transneft).
 

Also our company developed design and estimate documents, manufactured and supplied the equipment (oil metering unit, PCS, communication, video monitoring, fire system), provided metrological assurance for the oil metering system, performed civil works and installation as well as commissioning.
 

The main parameters of the oil metering system are the following:

- Flow rate: from 31 up to  185 t/h
- Pressure: from 0.68 up to 6.3 MPa
- Dimensions of the oil metering system: 9х15х4.5 m
- Provision of data processing systems: Data processing system is based on IVK MicroTEK, the displaying system is based on Vizard-SIKN manufactured by SME TEC Ltd.
 

At present the Oil Metering System and Crude Oil Delivery and Acceptance Point have been put into commercial operation and perform oil acceptance and metering in the intermittent mode.
