Purpose of System Development

Automated control and monitoring system is aimed for adjustment of preset temperature and monitoring of diathermous oil flow rate in the furnace.

System Functions

  • Timely and comprehensive informing of the personnel of emergency and pre-emergency events in the furnace through the displaying system and technical parameters recording
  • Enter and displaying of preset and routine technical parameters on operator's workstation and near the automated facility
  • Generating light signals reflecting the furnace state; setting up furnace operation modes; archiving technical parameters data
  • Detection and displaying the prime cause of the emergency situation
  • Generating light and acoustic alarms when there are some process deviations
