RemTEK-01 Electric Drive

Explosion-proof multiturn RemTEK-01 electric drives with electronic torque, rate, position control are aimed to regulate pipeline valves and fittings with the diameter from 100 to 1200 mm, in explosion hazardous areas of class 1 and 2 as per GOST P 51330.9-99 in severe operating conditions with the extended ambient temperature ranges (from minus 60 to plus 50 °С).
Application - Stop, shut-off and control valves (wedge valves, sliding shutters etc), including emergency shutdown system (ESD).
As per control mode RemTEK-01 electric drive is manufactured only in one modification (V type) on the basis of vector control frequency converter.

Features
- RemTEK-01 electric drive includes PBE-7M1 control unit, based on frequency converter with in-built vector control algorithm.
- Electric motor variable-frequency control enables flexible and accurate formation of the law of output element travel with rotation torque and rate adjustment in accordance with three-zone travel chart.
- Rate changes within the ranges from 10 to 200% to ensure accurate valve gate positioning and reach the required cutoff time.
- Electric drive maximum torque can be achieved at currents not exceeding double rated current of the electric motor. Starting currents do not exceed the motor double rated current. This decreases power substation load and throttles entrance cable.
- Electric drive maximum torque is maintained when sagging to minus 50% out of the rated torque. RemTEK-01 electric drive can perform its functions when two of three supply phases are functional and the third one is broken.
- Continuous dual-threshold (1 MOhm and 0.5 MOhm) control of electric motor winding insulation resistance.
- Electric motor availability control.
