Purpose

Systems for oil quantity and quality metering (SIKN) manufactured by SME Tomsk Electronic Company are used for metering commercial and crude oil and other oil products through direct and indirect technique. Also they can be used for calibration of all types of flow meters in compliance with regulatory documents.

Features 

Keeping up with time and also considering growing needs of customers, SME Tomsk Electronic Company offers different variants for SIKN supplying for process facilities, providing the following parameters:

• Water flow rate from 5 to 3 200 t/h (m³/h)
• Pressure from 1.6 up to 10 MPa
• Nominal diameter of pipeline from 50 to 700 mm
• Location of process and electric equipment in shelters, prefabricated buildings on site or open pads
• Various equipment types and components, including flow meters by such companies as: Emerson, Endress+Hauser, Yokogawa, Metran, BOZNA and others

Note: ranges of parameters can be extended should it be requested by the Customer.

SME Tomsk Electronic Company offers implementation of a unified system for data processing, control and power supply for SIKN, SIKG and WMS.

SME Tomsk Electronic Company shall ensure compatibility of process and electric equipment within SIKN as well as compatibility with the upper level (remote control system).

Our company offers supplying SIKN on turn key basis, using its own automated metering devices:

• Modular computing unit MicroTEK, entered into State Register of Measuring Devices and allowed for use in the Russian Federation and Republic of Kazakhstan, provided with certified oil metering algorithm, spark proof barriers and configurable software
• Operator's workstation with visualization system Wizard based on InTouch, TraceMode, WinCC, Cimplicity and other software (compatible with any other PCS)
• Gas contamination control systems based on  GSM gas detectors
• Electric drives RemTEK to control valves, pumps etc

Various SIKN supply options can include the following:

• Automatic or manual control mode
• Intermittent or continuous operation mode
• Reliable power supply system (power control cabinet, power distribution panel, uninterrupted power supply
