Control, Alarm and Lockup System for Cooling Compressor P30 and P30S

Purpose of System Development

This system is used for monitoring, control, alarm and lockup of compressors РЗО and P30S, compressing freon within closed cooling loop.

Description of Automation

Compressor consists of the following components:

• Screw compressor of SVR73E-811901 type
• Oil cooler
• Oil separator
• Oil pump

System Functions

• Collecting and processing signals from digital sensors
• Control actions for compressor actuating units
• Alarm (acoustic and light) for lockup operation
• Displaying the equipment state
• Monitoring of signals from existing electric and technical part
• Recording compressor operation time
• Detection and displaying the prime cause of the emergency situation

Design

The system is based on LOGO! logic modules by Siemens.
