Components of IVK MicroTEK-01, MicroTEK-02, MicroTEK-03, MicroTEK-04, MicroTEK-05, MicroTEK-06

 

IVK MicroTEK-01,-02,-03,-04,-05,-06 are composed of the following types of modules:

  • Measuring transducers are aimed for receiving and processing of signals from sensors.
  • Purpose-designed units are used to exchange data with measuring transducers, determine metering parameters, provide interface galvanic isolation, transfer data to the upper level and convert various interfaces.
  • Power supply equipment is aimed for intrinsically safe circuits power supply.
  • Regulating and control units are used to control electric drives and other actuating equipment.
 
 

Measuring Transducers

 
 
Unit S7-01

It is aimed for metering frequency and quantity of impulses, counting the number of impulses in the time interval when collating pipe piston prover and master flow meter.

It includes:
- 2 frequency inputs
- 2 impulse inputs
- 2 digital inputs with ia spark proof circuit [Exia]IIC
- 2 relay outputs


Unit S7-03

It is aimed for metering frequency and quantity of impulses, counting the number of impulses in the time interval when collating pipe piston prover and master flow meter.

It includes:
- 2 universal (frequency / impulse) inputs
- 3 digital inputs for general purposes


Unit S9-01

It is aimed for metering unified current signal (4-20) mA and temperature with thermal resistance TSM-50,TSM-100, TSP-50, TSP-100, TSP-500, Pt100 ( NSH GOST Р 8.625-2006 ), thermal couples THK, THA (NSH GOST Р 8.525-2001).

It includes:
- 1 thermal input with ia spark proof circuit [Exia]IIC
- 2 inputs (4-20)mА with ia spark proof circuit [Exia]IIC


Unit S9-02

It is aimed for metering standardized current signal (4-20) mA.

It includes:
- 3 inputs (4-20)mA with ia spark proof circuit [Exia]IIC


Unit S9-03

It is aimed for metering standardized current signal (4-20) mA.

It includes:
- 4 inputs (4-20)mA with ia spark proof circuit [Exia]IIC


Unit S9-04

It is aimed for metering signals from temperature sensors TSM-50,TSM-100, TSP-50, TSP-100, TSP-500 (NSH GOST Р 8.625-2006), thermal couple THK, THA (NSH GOST Р 8.585-2001).

It includes:
- 4 thermal inputs with ia spark proof circuit [Exia]IIC


Special Units

 
 
Unit S15 for Infrared Galvanic Isolation

It is aimed for galvanic isolation of receiver-transmitting devices through conversion of interfaces RS485/232 - InfaRed - RS485/232. It is used within IVK MicroTEK-01-02-03-04-05-06 with units of S7-01, S9-01, S9-02, MPR-08, BZP-08.


Unit S15-M1 for Galvanic Isolation

It is aimed for galvanic isolation through fiber-optic cable of CAN bus interface. It is used within MicroTEK-01-02-03-04-05-06 with units of S7-01, S9-01, S9-02, BZP-09-07.


Unit S15-03 for Galvanic Isolation

It is aimed for galvanic isolation through fiber-optic line of CAN bus interface and RS-485. It is used within IVK MicroTEK-01-02-03-04-05-06 with units of S7-03, S9-03, S9-04, BZP-09-07.


MPR-08 Unit

It is aimed for data collection through CAN bus from measuring transducers, calculation of parameters and storage of relevant reports.

It is used within IVK MicroTEK-01-02-03-04-05-06 with units of S7-01, S9-01, S9-02, BZP-08. In the latest versions of IVK MicroTEK these functions are performed by BZP-09-07 unit.


BZP-08 Control Unit

It is aimed for provision of bilateral data exchange though serial interface RS-485 with MPR-08, provision of data exchange with the upper level and user interface implementation to display and enter parameters. It is used within IVK MicroTEK-01-02-03-04-05-06 with units of S7-01, S9-01, S9-02, MPR-08. In the latest versions of IVK MicroTEK these functions are performed by BZP-09-07 unit.


BZP-09-07 Control Unit

It is aimed for provision of bilateral data exchange through CAN with measuring transducers (S7-xx, S9-xx units), provision of data exchange with the upper level and user interface implementation to display and enter parameters. It is used within IVK MicroTEK-01-02-03-04-05-06 with units of S7-01, S7-03, S9-01, S9-02, S9-03, S9-04.


HART-Modem Unit С40

It is aimed for data processing from intelligent sensors possessing a digital channel with HART-protocol based on standard current output (4-20 mA).

It includes:
- 2 HART-ports with ia spark proof circuit , up to 15 sensors can be connected to each port
- Interface RS485/232 ModBUS RTU for data transfer


Unit S22

It is aimed for interfacing with TK-84.M1 controller through a number of impulse channels in order to support recorded data transfer into remote control system Telescope+.


FPI Pulse Driver

It is aimed for impulse filtering from two flow meters from false vibrations and fronts chatter. It is used within IVK MicroTEK-01-02-03-04-05-06 with S7-01 measuring transducer.


Power Supply IP15-01

It is aimed for power supply to units with spark proof circuits of explosion protection marking [Ex ia] IIC as per GOST Р51330.0, GOST 51330.10.

It is used for power supply for metering units within IVK MicroTEK-01-02-03-04-05-06.

Control Unit BR-01

It is aimed for electric drive control through PID. It also includes digital outputs which can be used for digital control over the electric drive or as independent digital outputs in the system.

It includes:
- 1 output (4-20)mA for control
- 1 input for backlink (4-20)mA or (0-5)V
- 3 digital outputs


Control Unit BR-02

It is aimed for electric drive control through PID. It also includes digital outputs which can be used for digital control over the electric drive or as independent digital outputs in the system.

Discrete Inputs Unit BDV-02

It is aimed for receipt of digital signals from actuating devices.

It includes:
- 8 digital inputs


Discrete Inputs Unit BDV-03

It is aimed for control of actuating devices, alarm etc. through digital signals.

It includes:
- 8 digital outputs


BI-M2 Interface Unit

It is aimed at cyclic scanning of BR-02 and BDV-02 units through RS-485 interface and data transfer through RS-232/RS-485 Modbus RTU, Ethernet Modbus TCP/IP interfaces. BI-M2 unit is aimed for uniting up to 20 BR and BDV units.
