SME TEC offers supplying additional excavator onboard equipment when excavators are used within the automated system of traffic control and production records.

The equipment components and instruments are defined and approved by the Customer during the system designing.

The basic set of the excavator onboard equipment includes items of the serial production of the Company:

• Onboard Navigation Controller, collects, processes and transfer data to the database
• Panel  for displaying and manual entering of data
• Input / Output Unit, performs primary collection and signal conversion
• Aerial Assembly, providing data transfer and receipt
• Operator's Card for process data reading and recording
• Installation accessories

Additionally the excavator onboard equipment can include instruments by some other manufacturers, recommended and adapted by SME TEC to be used in the traffic control systems.

• Identification of board number for the loaded dump truck

• Estimation of downtime period for an excavator for a shift, giving detailed reasons for it
• Calculation of worked hours
• Estimation of fuel quantity in the excavator's tank
• Registration of received fuel
• Registration of unauthorized fuel discharge
• Displaying data on the operator's panel
• Monitoring of excavator state
• Provision of voice communication between dispatchers and dump trucks
• Data transfer through communication channels to database server
• Keeping timesheets for the excavator operator
• Keeping records and logs on the excavator operation for a shift on the card
