Filtering System

Purpose
It is aimed to remove mechanical impurities and prevent plugging and failure of flow meters and pumps. Filtering system consists of standby line to prevent shutdown of SIKN operation during mainetance. Switching over oil flows between filters can be done manually or automatically.

Components
Filtering system consists of:
- Main and standby filters with quick detachable cap
- Inlet and outlet manifolds, piping with stop valves - manual and automatic
- Differential pressure sensors and pressure gauges to control pressure differential on filters
- Drainage system

We use the equipment by the following manufacturers:
- Filters: BOZNA, Plenty
- Differential pressure sensors: Emerson, Metran, Yokogawa, JUMO
- Pressure gauges: Manotom
- Stop valves: Enerpred-Yardos, GKS, GIRAS, BAZ
- Electric Drives RemTEK: SME TEC

It is possible to use the equipment by some other manufactures upon the Customer's requirement.

Configuration Options
There could be the following configuration options of the filtering system:
- Built-in into metering lines
- As a separate unit
- On the open pad
- In the shelter jointly with BIL
|

If it is implemented as a separate unit, it is more convenient as regards locating, operation, servicing and maintenance.
